Taekwondo

for an exciting high energy workout!

Cardio Kickboxing is the best parts of aerobics like music, excitement and energy combined with self defense techniques like kicking, jabbing, punching and blocking.  This Class is for adults only. We wear regular workout clothes and shoes. There is limited physical contact and no experience necessary.
